    Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 130...

    The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 130
    continues.

    SUMMARY...Severe threat continues across WW 0130, and local spatial
    extensions may be necessary with time.

    DISCUSSION...Numerous strong to occasionally severe storms persist
    across the watch area and are expected to continue for at least a
    couple more hours. Multiple reports of hail up to 1-1.5 inches and
    measured severe gusts have been observed across the watch area
    within the last 2 hours.

    Continued deep layer ascent associated with broad low-level
    confluence within a moderately unstable (i.e 1000-2000 J/kg MLCAPE)
    and uncapped airmass amidst modest (generally less than 20 kts)
    unidirectional bulk shear suggest that severe potential may continue
    across the region for the rest of the afternoon, particularly in
    areas where no convective overturning of the atmosphere has
    occurred.
