The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 191 continues.

SUMMARY...Severe threat continues across Tornado Watch 0191. A
Severe Thunderstorm Watch replacement may be necessary shortly.

DISCUSSION...Earlier supercell storms have recently grown upscale in east-central Colorado, with weakening cells in northeastern Colorado
and isolated multicells persisting in southeastern Colorado.

Given widespread cold pool development and associated convective
upscale growth, it appears the tornado threat has substantially
decreased. Some severe potential may linger with any cells that are
associated with a convectively uncontaminated airmass, particularly
near the Colorado/Kansas border. As such, a replacement Severe
Thunderstorm watch may be needed shortly, where large hail and
isolated damaging wind gusts will be the main concerns.
