The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 195 continues.

SUMMARY...Severe threat continues across WW 0195, though tornado
threat is decreasing. An additional tornado watch is not
anticipated.

DISCUSSION...Cellular storms with a history of isolated tornadoes
have grown upscale along a confluence zone associated with a
low-level cyclone in central Iowa. Convection has also grown upscale
along a second confluent zone in far east Iowa. The central Iowa
band has been propagating northward/eastward into a region of weaker
buoyancy. Given the more linear nature of convection along both
confluent bands, the tornado risk seems to be decreasing, though a
tornado or two still cannot be ruled out for the remainder of the
watch period.
