    The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 141
    continues.

    SUMMARY...An isolated severe hail/wind risk should persist across a
    small part of southern/central North Dakota for the next few hours
    before diminishing later this evening.

    DISCUSSION...Initially isolated thunderstorms that developed earlier
    this afternoon across western ND have grown upscale into a loosely
    organized cluster along/south of a cold front. Damaging winds will
    be a concern with this convection, and a wind gust of 75 mph was
    observed at Glen Ullin, ND at 2315Z. Sufficient effective bulk shear
    values around 30-40 kt should support continued organization of this
    small cluster as it approaches Bismarck, ND over the next couple of
    hours. Several embedded supercells have been noted within the line,
    and large hail will also be possible in addition to the damaging
    wind threat. The southern flank of this line may persist the longest
    given better low-level moisture present across far southwestern ND.
    Regardless, as this cluster continues moving eastward later this
    evening it will eventually encounter a less unstable airmass across
    central ND, and should gradually weaken.
