The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 137
continues.

SUMMARY...Strong wind gusts will continue to be the main threat
across WW 137 the next few hours.

DISCUSSION...Strong to severe gusts continue from just east of
Cincinnati northward toward VES near the IN/OH state line. Latest
radar loop from ILN indicates that outflow has surged ahead of cells
across southwest OH and is now intersecting storms moving into
west-central OH just to the west of VES. New cells could develop
along the surging outflow and pose a strong wind threat into
west-central OH. As such, Severe Thunderstorm Watch 137 has been
extended northward. A damaging wind threat will continue across WFO
ILNs area for a few more hours before waning with loss of daytime
heating. With WW 137 set to expire at 22z, a local extension in time
may be needed depending on convective trends.
