I have never tried, maybe I should. I have regular glasses to but I don't
use those either.. :)
Since I've started wearing glasses that filter out the blue
wavelengths, I'm able to get to sleep quicker in the evenings. I
typically only wear them for a few hours in the evening if I'm still
staring into a screen.
