I see it is possible to have a semafore created when a message is posted to a sub. Natually this works when posting from the BBS, but it also works when calling msgbase.save_msg() (which maybe how the BBS is doing it anyway).

I've noticed though, when sbbsecho tosses a message into a sub, that the semafore is not created - is there a way to get it to create it as well?

I'm wanting to trigger an event when a message is added to the sub - regardless
of if the message is entered locally, or comes in from a upstream/downstream source.

Is it possible...?
