Is there a way to add text to the footer of the outgoing email messages for all the users?
Not exaclty. You could create or append to every user's signature (data/user/*.sig) - but that seems kind of onerous. "outgoing email" is also a bit vague. Does that include email received for relay via SMTP? Or FidoNet netmail or QWK netmail routed to Internet email?
