Thank you very much. The udates you made to the JSINCLUDE has solved the build Fail issues I was having under Raspbian for PC (never had any issues build sbbs on the Raspberry Pi so these comments are for the Rasbian x86_64 PC) and it compiled flawlessly .. though I might add if one wants to compile gtk* sudo apt-get -y install libglade2-dev is also required.

The only issues I have now (probably just an oversight on my part) is when executing sbbs I get this console error:

13 is 'permission denined', so likely the user that created the /sbbs directory tree is not the same user you're running sbbs as and you have restricted permissions on the directory.
