Had breakfast this morning at Flippin' Out, a brand new upscale
takeout place in Addison. (As it happened, we were their first
customers.) Very tasty, very filling, and very unusual -- breakfast,
lunch, and dessert crepes to go. (I can't wait to go back for lunch
and dessert!) It's run by Scott Hoffner, Tyson Chandler's personal
chef -- who, I just noticed, is featured in a video on Chandler's
website. Check it out.
