    Hello ALL!

What is the point of having ROT13 these days?

BTW, I enabled it for this message, but I still see it as normal.

Maybe it can used as a way to keep the secrets between ROT13 users, such
as only those who use OpenXP?

    Yep, so do I :)

So, would this be a bug then?

Dunno but Rot13 is ummmmmm, errrrrrrm, a bit stoneage and very easily deciphered. I've a good idea what the developer would say if I asked
    him about this ;-)

So, you are suggesting that it has been disabled on purpose in oxp?

No, not at all, I'm suggesting that the developer probably wouldn't be interested but I'll ask him about it anyway.

Yes it is, yes it is and yes it was :-)))))

    Yes, precisely.

    Yes, precisely.

Later, I realized that it was/is a popular way to obfuscate spoilers - a temporary hindrance to hide an answer or a scene detail when discussing movies, books, quizzes, contests, etc. ROT13 is a lot better than having
a page full of blank lines with the spoiler somehere "offsceen" in the
clear at the bottom of the message.

If someone wanted to spoil things for themselves, they would have to make
a deliberate effort to ROT13 and have no one else to blame.
