Having recently moved up to Win2000 I'm running into exactly this problem. I've downloaded your graph32.ocx (renamed it thus from the graphs32.ocx) and tried to register it. The regsvr32.exe keeps complaining that it can't find the "specified module". WCSTAT still says, unable to load graph32.ocx.

According to Microsoft, this is a discontinued control for VB 4, not present in VB 5.

It may have been discontinued, but it's still provided for support
purposes -- in both VB5 and 6.

Attached is the copy of graph32.ocx from one of my NT machines. I have
no idea if it will actually work or not, or if you'll need to register it first (c:\winnt\regsvr32.exe c:\winnt\system32\graph32.ocx).
