PSA -- we recently received notice that my driver's liscense picture ID
is no longer acceptable according to federal standards -- even though it
was recently renewed and has the identifying star on it. People need to supply the DMV with additional info -- I.e. passport or birth
certificate, utility bill to verify address, and social security card or
1099 form from SSI office.
I checked my ID with the state Website, and the
word came back that I don't need to file any more
documents. Didn't say anything about having to
renew the card, either.
The news went on to further state that if the state police stopped you
and you had not complied by the deadline, they would confiscate your
driver's liscense.
UGH.
Really? The way it wa supposed to work was that the
ID remained valid for in-state use until its expiry.
Maybe the over-the-top current DHS has imposed
additional requirements (probably tracking for those
of us who don't have Alexa to listen to every word).
Wonder how this would suit your tastes if you replaced the poisonous
zucchini with eggplant?
Title: Muffin Tin Meatloaves
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 1/2 c Shredded zucchini
1 c Soft bread crumbs
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1 ts Dried Italian seasoning
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Ketchup
That looks altogether too much like an
effort to construct evidence that "yes,
beef is an integral part of a healthy diet."
I would, as you've seen, use carrots and onions
instead of zucchini, cutting down on the ketchup
as well to balance the sweetness.
