I think that nonrandom taglines are the only way
to go and will read them under the assumption that
they are on some level intentionally placed.
My taglines are deterministic and not random, but unique.
In the distant past, I have gotten fussed at by collectors of taglines because of that. Their collection software would recognize duplicate taglines and not store them, but mine are like little twisty corridors
all different.
There's no reason to cater to one fringe set of
users, and anyway I find tagline collectors even
more quixotic than, say, er, recipe collectors.
Title: Cauliflower and Red Lentil Curry
"Eating Well" September/October, 1993
The question is what cauliflower adds to the
dish. Okay, lentil glop in a dish looks
unappetizing in the American diner's aesthetic,
but people eat chili without complaining. And
sludge with white blobs in it, is that better?
