Yield: 4 servings
300 g (9 oz) bacon, cut into
md Pieces
2 tb Flour
1/2 l (2 cups) milk
1 Onion, finely chopped
Fry bacon, until crisp. Add onion, flour and milk, stirring gently.
Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens.
