    My Procrastination Cocktail
    Original Procrastination Cocktail
Ok, now we need to share cocktail recipes...

In my (i.e. the moderator's) view, any food or
beverage is okay for discussing here, boozy or
not, just so nothing is misleading (delibeately
messed up recipes, for example) or illegal
(though I believe relatively harmless things
such as Alice B. Toklas brownies have been
discussed with impunity, even in the olden days).

On the other hand, I'm a simple liquors person
and can't contribute much to a cocktail
discussion; Jim is much more the authority on
    mixed drinks.

    3 parts Bombay Sapphire gin
    1 part dry vermouth
    dash of angostura bitters
    3 cocktail onions

A hybrid of a pink gin and a Gibson -
    it might work well.

Shaken, not stirred. I'm not a purist, and I like the little ice crystals
    in my martini.

Purists differ - connoisseurs of pop culture
go with shaken; proper buttoned-up Bits prefer
stirred. I preferred gin and vermouth chilled
and stirred together without ice, with a twist
if anything, on the few occasions when I wanted
a Martini. Your choice of gin is right on.

    ... Are you lost?

    Nope, nor found, either!

    Snow on Sand
    Categoies: booze
    Servings: 2

    2 oz amaretto
    4 oz whipping cream
    3 oz dark rum
    2 oz orange liqueur
10 oz coffee, more to taste

Combine cream and amaretto and shake until thick
enough to be softly scooped or poured but still
    float briefly.

combine half the rum and half the orange liqueur
in a heatproof cup with 5 or so oz of hot black
coffee. Garnish with a generous dollop of amaretto
    \cream. Repeat.
