Ouch. I've heard of it happening. I've had enough nasty side
effects from neurologically active drugs that I wasn't even
surprised. The cure can be worse than the disease.

    Tell me about it. Grumpf.

Do I want to know? Then there are the ones whose side effects list "death"....

    Hello, RUTH!

Replying to a message of RUTH HANSCHKA to BILL SWISHER:

Have you ever noticed that in a drug commercial on TV they'll spend 15 seconds describing the drug's positive attributes and the next 45 seconds talking about
    its side effects?

Well this drug is sometimes associated with sudden liver, and or, pulmonary failure. Me, I developed peripheral neuropathy. Which went away when I switched drugs, thankfully. Other than that it worked swell, except for my skin turning blue in places. I could go out sit in the sun and be patriotic...red, white, and blue.

And they wonder why the commercials don't drive sales like they hoped?
It's enough to make me run the other way too. One MS drug lists breast
cancer as a side effect; how's that for a good time?

Put the guy who used too much colloidal silver next to me and someone
with rosacia and you'd have a similar effect.(LOL) Neuropathy is not
    fun.

To name another not-fun thing, if on a less severe scale, I nuked
some overaged and slightly runny brie the other day. Big mistake.
(holds nose at the memory) Tasted OK though.
