1 cn Spam luncheon meat;
-finely cubed
1/3 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c Finely chopped celery
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce
32 Toast triangles or
32 sl Small party rye bread or
32 Crackers
In bowl, combine all ingredients except toast. Spread mixture on
toast or crackers. Place on baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or
until cheese is melted.
