    A different way to flavour brisket ...

    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Beef Brisket a la Helen
    Categories: Beef, Caribbean, Marinades
    Yield: 12 Servings

    1 Beef brisket (5 to 6 lbs)
    3/4 c Jerk marinade

    Place the brisket and marinade in a resealable plastic bag and rotate
    the bag several times to thoroughly coat the meat. Marinate at least 3
    hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the
    brisket and marinade in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
    Bake for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Be sure to serve it with the
    pan drippings.
