    Hello, All!

Since many of you use or have used my BBS to connect to this echo, I'd like to
let you know that you can use your HTML 5-enabled browser (any recent modern browser will work; this does NOT use Flash) to connect to my BBS at https://outpostbbs.net/connect.html -- you can download and upload files directly without issue but make sure you set your transfer protocol to YModem-G
in the BBS. If you're not sure how to, let me know and I can do that for you.

A nerdy note: this program uses YModem-G for the transfer method since ZModem was not designed for stream use (Chuck Forsberg told me that just before he passed away).

Now for an on-topicizer: this is the time of year where I love slow cooking and
    clay pot cooking.

The sole "slowcooker" catagory recipe I have...

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Set the slow cooker to low.

Toss beef cubes in flour. Heat oil in a large frypan & brown the beef.
Remove meat from the pan with a slotted spoon [or drain on kitchen
    paper].

Puree & Marjoram, or similar mix of your choice. Add to the slow
cooker bowl with meat, bay leaf & prepared vegetables.
