    Also appears to be gluten free. High sodium though; that could be
    adjusted easily.

    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Broccoli Chicken
    Categories: Mushrooms, Chicken, Chinese
    Yield: 6 Servings

    4 bn Broccoli, chopped
    2 ts Vegetable oil
    6 c Boneless sliced chicken
    White meat
    1/2 c Onion, sliced
    2 c Mushrooms
    3 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    4 ts Sugar
    1 tb Cornstarch
    1/4 c Water

    Boil the broccoli until al dente. Drain. In a saucepan, heat the
    oil. Add the chicken and saute until it is no longer pink. Add
    the onion, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, and sugar. Mix and then
    add the broccoli. Mix cornstarch with water. When everything is
    heated through, slowly add cornstarch mixture to thicken.

    Per 1 serving: 1 vegetable, 6 lean meat 339 calories, 7 gm
    carbohydrate, 47 gm protein, 13 gm fat, 1210 mg sodium, 127 mg
    cholesterol, 158 mg calcium
