Probably so, there were quite a few yummies available for sampling.
Not just brownies and more brownies?

Cheesecake, lemon pound cake, banana pudding, The Stanley Cup (a rich chocolate trifle), lemon nut bars, cake pops, sopapilla cheesecake and more. No brownies that I recall. I made a Strawberry Yum Yum for our
Life Group yesterday, got informed it needs to be a part of next
    year's auction.

Did the usual guy get your lemon pound cake this year...? Sounds like a
pretty neat set of offerings as usual... :) You'd probably have a
number of people bidding on the Strawberry Yum Yum... ;)

True, never tried it with peaches but don't see why it wouldn't
work. They were juicier than strawberries in the skillet pound
cake I made last year so will have to take that into
consideration if I use them this year.
I suppose that might happen again... Might depend on the fruit
itself... some times things are juicier or drier than other
    times...
I know, just have to play it by ear.
Part of the fun of cooking from scratch... :)

Yes, now that peaches are available here, I may pick some up next week
to try. If they don't work (IMO), I'll use straw or blue berries at
    the picnic.

    To be determined........ ;)

Yes, and the total of the 4 puddings aboout equalled that of the
highest price dessert. More kids going to camp this year but we
had a good number of desserts and they raised a fair amount of
    money toward scholarships.
Sounds like it did what it was supposed to be doing... :)
Appears to be the case. (G)
And fun was had by all... along with good eatings afterward... :)

Of course! Saw lots of green tee shirts in church this morning; camp
was last week so all the kids (and chaperones) wore their shirts today.

    Sounds like a tradition... ;)

Exactly! One mom came with her husband (teacher) and son (student) but
stayed in the nursery with her daughter (too young for VBS), just so
