    My dessert was a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
    I seldom do toppings, being a bit of a purist,
    unless I'm in a mood, which I wasn't.

    No Courvoisier! any more on United! So I had a
    glass of Port, which was nondescript but okay.

    Indulge in midflight snacks anytime after our dining service.

    I snagged a Parmesan crisp and a cookie of
    some sort.

    ARRIVAL DINING SERVICE
    All entrees are served with yogurt, breakfast breads, butter
    and fruit preserves.

    Southwestern omelet
    Pepper jack, black beans, bell pepper, corn
    Served with chicken sausage, potatoes, black beans, corn
    and fruit

    Fresh seasonal fruit
    Served with cereal and milk.

    I passed on these lovely offerings.

    The plane came in an hour and half late, so I figured
    I'd give the nearby Senator lounge a pass and go to
    the one inside Schengen. There was no need, as entry
    into the community took less than a minute, thanks to
    the German equivalent of Global Entry, and the train to
    the main terminal, with its mooing and cowbell soundtrack,
    not much more. So I was at the Terminal A/B complex with
    time to spare.
