But I also keep saying that it is more like Canadian Bacon in that it
is very lean and cooks much the same way. If one insists it has to be
like fatty bacon, it will come up lacking. However, I think it is good when taken for what it is.
It still doesn't taste like real bacon, fatty or not... and has a distinctly different taste from the Canadian Bacon as well... I
suppose if one were merely thinking of it as smoked turkey, that might
not be
too bad.... but I'd still rather have the bacon... ;)
