Mr. Tiger, please don't eat me up!
Mr Alligator, I object to being dinner!

Counsel for the prosecution, I object to being dinner!

Good choice. One of the reasons I've tranferred
much of my life to Lilli's is that 80% of the time
it's what for dinner, with 80% of the remainder
being pork. Chicken figures only when Chris and Rob
are over, as Rob has a strange fondness for chicken
and a strange distaste for beef, recently acquired.
I don't mind chicken, or any formerly breathing protein really with

I have no objection to chicken - in moderation!

the exception of beef liver. It's edible, but not pleasurable rather
    like raw onions.

Funny thing - in order to deal with that bunch
of chicken white meat the other day I had to
fortify myself with a slice of raw onion.

Who uses it in less than multi-tablespoon doses?
I'm not sure, but my mother isn't fond of hot stuff. I'm not fond of screaming hot food either, but have been known to send a good shot of
it into a bowl of chicken soup. Turns it into edible food.

There have been times in my life when sriracha
seems to be at a minimum acceptable level of
heat, with Crytal, Texas Pete, Tapatio, and
most similar mass-market sauces just hot enough
to be annoying but not hot enough to taste
good. Now, a respectable sriracha is hot to me.
    That'll probably change again.

    Beef. It's what's for dinner.
Literally tonight. Prunes are what's for breakfast.
Only if you don't have to go anywhere else.
Unlike dried cranberries there's no added sugar.

The carbs in Craisins is the same as the
carbs in raisins - they're engineered
that way. Whether the sugar is added by
a factory or by some other kind of unseen
    hand is quite irrelevant.

    Prunes in Armagnac
What does one do with these, besides make very happy prunes?
Eats 'em. Drinks the juice or slops it
    over ice cream.
Sounds good to me. Make happy ice cream?
Never asked the ice cream. It's always been
    cold to me.
And in any case, it's not sitting there looking at you with sad eyes,
unless it's melting and no one's eating it.

And it is an ex-ice cream. Here's an ice
    cream wannabe -

American supermarket chicken has gone anemic over the past few years.
The pork too. It all looks funny.

Heat tolerance changes over time. My mom even ate something spicy
the other night without complaining. There's hope for you yet.
