Fast food chains tend to have common menus at least regionally if
not nationally but often make changes when they go international.
I remember encountering teriyaki pineapple burgers in Hawaii at
McDonald's and also Portuguese sausage as a choice in their
breakfast sandwiches. In India they don't serve either pork or beef
but have a whole bunch of chicken or vegetarian tings on a bun and
serve up a McCurry. In Japan they make a shrimp burger. In several
countries they offer wine or beer.
