I once drank a Seagram's rye whisky Bloody Mary.
I declined a second one even though they were free
Should have asked for a deconstructed one.
If I had known! But that wasn't a thing in the 70's.

Hey, could I try them separately and then see how
    they go together?

    porridge ...
Lilli likes lining her morning stomach for the
rest of the day's beef upon beef. Seems, too,
that current medical science largely endorses her
methods. Since for me my taste buds take precedence,
I don't listen closely to medical science.
I try for a balance between those two principles. And on a Venn
diagram there's a fairly big intersection.

I trust there may be a sizable intersection, but
    there's no sweating it.

    pink rum ...
    Title: Canadian Punch
    Categories: Beverages, Alcohol, Holiday, Fruit
    Yield: 20 Servings

    10 oz Lemon juice
    2 oz Lime juice
    2 1/2 oz Grenadine
    12 ts Sugar
6 oz Welches grape juice; pink
    -if possible
    1 qt Canadian whiskey
    6 oz Rum
    2 qt Sparkling water
    1 qt Cranberry juice

What kind of rum would one use, and why? If the
Canadian whiskey is decent, there's no need for
rum (the flavors I imagine would only confuse each
other, and if it doesn't taste like much, you might
as well use vodka and find a decent colored rum
to add the flavor. I propose that this is a very
    rummy not very rummy punch.

    Oh ... .

... So you chose soup over a woman? But tt was a bisque!

I'm thinking about a very physically attractive women I used to
see, but her heart was truly cold as ice, and after a snuggle
in the winter the wind outside was almost welcome.
