Oil barons, car salesmen (used and new), Grammy winners,
disgraced politicians, thieves, Nobelists, genius grant
winners, and at least one murderer.
As I said.... ;) Quite the spread.... ;)

Geniuses and artists with PBS bios, criminals featured
on American Greed, businessmen who weren't but perhaps
should have been, ... - I'm severely deficient in professional
athletes, having met only one and having seen one more in
action (didn't know who he was, just walked in on him giving
a girl his seduction spiel featuring his Super Bowl ring).

I don't recall seeing big displays of Hatch chiles
elsewhere and wonder what the affinity might be between
    New York and New Mexico.
This last year, there was a lot less hoopla.. unless it happened when I wasn't watching for some reason... or maybe the weather made for a
smaller crop, as was happening with other produce...

Yes, if the supply is small, the demand
    doesn't have to be stimulated.

It's not something that would be used every day, after all... ;)
Not really, and I was living alone, and when I cooked,
it was usually something pretty quick.
Yup... I recognize that scenario... ;)

Once in a while it's good for Lucullus to dine
with Lucullus, and one can go all out for oneself.
Most of the time, though, a single diner is a
    neglected diner.

Glen sends greetings to the echo, as does Leonore Scott.
Kevin might, if he weren't so addled as to have forgotten
everything except that we're a bunch of "old barstids."
Glen I used to message with when he was still on... I think I only saw
Kevin as a caller to Fidotel on occasion... But greetings back to Glen
(and Leonore, whom I don't think I've met)....

They were duly given, with scurrilous stories told
about present echo members to former echo members,
    just as we're vice-versaing.

I havent found Greg - he is occupied with taking care of
Dorothy after her recent knee replacement.
A worthy occupation, though... Hope you can connect, though... :)

We didn't get to see them. Glen, who used to tootle
around in his little Mazda and ferry people (especially
Kevin) around is less inclined to do so now. As I said,
he's beginning to slow down - and has admitted that he's
not so with it as he once was. Still, he's got that
woman half his age urging him to go do stupid things with
her. Yes, I did tell him to take her off his will.

... What do cannibals make out of politicians? Bologna sandwiches.

    I read cannabis.

No pro athletes in my association, as far as I know... and not as wide a
spread as yours, but I've had a reasonably wide range, from poor to rich
and inbetween... and of many professions...

I don't recall seeing big displays of Hatch chiles
elsewhere and wonder what the affinity might be between

    Exactly.

I've done it when traveling, but I prefer company anyway... And have
cooked up a storm on a very occasional occasion when alone at our family camping... but one has to feel pretty ambitious to do it just for one's
self, true.... And, as I said, I'd rather have someone to eat with me,
whether at home or camping/traveling... or dining out... :)

It appears to be a echo tradition... :)

Probably a very good idea... especially if she's pushing him to an
earlier grave... why should she benefit... ;)

    I read cannabis.

OK I see how that could happen... ;)

Hence the hemp.... ;) Also appropriate for ANZ travels... :)
