Good, useful, free, whatever. Once you are committed to
getting rid of it, the motivations of the giftees become
pretty irrelevant to you, just so there's no planned
    unethical use.
I suppose.... :) Certainly wouldn't want to be supporting unethical
    use...

If there's a substantial chance of such use, the offer
probably oughtn't be made. I'd not be inclined to give
someone a crowbar or firearm, but one is one's brother's
    keeper only to a degree.

So far it doesn't seem to have lost sight of all of Robert Wegman's
basic tenets.... and there is a focus by Danny and his girls on keeping quality up, along with sustainability and high nutrition (even if those
do tend to be buzzwords nowadays)....
Sure, they're buzzwords, but so are freedom and truth.
True, and if actually followed, a good thing... :)

As are quality, sustainability, and good nutrition.

We were talking about the proliferation of Canada geese
in Christchurch - and how these pests, as in the US, are
protected, so they are hated and despised by everyone aside
from the animal rights activists. I'm going, what are those
people thinking - these are vermin for one and an introduced
species, thus undeserving of protection for two.
And tasty, for three.... ;) A certain percentage could be made
available for dinner, and make probably just about everybody happy... ;)

The massive silliness people exhibit toward wild (and
even domesticated) animals can be astounding.

... Dew knot trussed yore spiel chequer. Missed steaks rebound their.

And we needn't increase the chance of missed steaks.
We miss enough of them anyway without trying.

    ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

Title: Indonesian Beef Sate In Peanut Sauce
    Categories: Main-dish
    Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Sirloin steak, cut into
    1/4 -inch slices
    4 Cloves garlic, minced
    1 ts Minced ginger
    1 ts Ground coriander
    1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
    3 ts Lime juice
    1 tb Soy sauce
    1/4 ts Salt
    2 ts Sugar

    --------------------------------PEANUT
    SAUCE--------------------------------
    1 c Smooth peanut butter
    4 Cloves minced garlic
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
    1/4 c Brown sugar
    1 tb Soy sauce
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 1/2 c Water

Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over meat strips. Marinate 2
hours to overnight. Thread meat carefully on skewers that have soaked in
water for an hour prior to cooking. Grill over hot charcoal 2-3 minutes
per side. Serve with peanut sauce.

PEANUT SAUCE: In a saucepan, mix all ingredients with a whisk until
    smooth.
Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until bubbling and very
    hot.
If the sauce seems too thick, add water. Season to taste with sugar and
    salt.

John's Notes: She used flank steak. Ginger is a rhizome rather than a
root. She demonstrated peeling a section of ginger with a spoon.
    Coriander
adds a citrus flavor. I must try this recipe soon. Wonder if I could
substitute thin slices of boneless chicken breast?
