    Well, that's so. I thought of getting a Costco hot dog
    the other day to see if they had gone downhill the way
    the Internet says.
    Not the last time we had one. I see no real change. Two hot dogs, one churro, two fountain drinks all for $4.00 plus tax. Still a good deal.

    Title: SATAN'S FANTASY CHILI

    Not sure about Satan, but it comes reasonably
    close to my fantasy chili. Might need a bit
    more heat and cumin, though.

    3 lb Sirloin, coarsely ground
    2 lb Lamb, coarsely ground
    2 ea Onions, chopped coarsely
    3 ea Garlic cloves, diced fine
    1 1/2 tb Salt
    2 c Green Bell peppers, chopped
    3 ea Jalapenos, cored, seeded, &
    - diced
    1 tb Cayenne pepper flakes
    2 c Tomatos, stewed & chopped
    1 1/2 c Tomato sauce
    3/4 c Tomato paste
    2 tb Corn oil
    3 tb Cumin freshly ground
    1 ts Sesame oil

    I wonder what the purpose of that is.

    1 tb Mexican oregano

    Heat oil in a large heavy pot or cast iron Dutch oven. Add meat,
    onions, garlic, and Bell peppers. Cook until onions are transluscent.
    Add the beer, tomatos, tomato sauce, spices, peppers, and sesame oil.
    Cook for 2 hours on Low heat, stirring frequently. Add the tomato
    paste and cook on Simmer for 30 minutes more. Serve hot! Origin: Mike

    Something sort of Cotco-ish -

    Chicken Ranch crescent rolls
    categories: easy, southern, five, main, poultry, risque
    servings: 16

    8 oz cream cheese
    26 oz shredded chicken
    3 Tb Hidden Valley dry ranch mix
    2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    16 crescent rolls

    Combine all ingredients except for rolls in a bowl.

    Place a small amount of filling into each crescent
    roll and then roll them up. Bake 20 min at 350F.

    We'd be happy to take you there. And you could stock up on your pills
    at the same time.

    Fair question -- we have some but rarely use it. Gail might have a stir
    fry recipe or two that calls for it. I've heard that it can be over
    powering.

    Somehow, I suspect that you would say something like: "Why torture a
    perfectly good eggplant like this?"

    2 lb Eggplant, cut into 1-inch
    -slices
    3/4 c French dressing
    1/4 c Water
    1/2 c Sour cream

    6 servings

    Peel eggplant slices. Place eggplant, French dressing, and water in
    pressure cooker; cover. Cook 2 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at
    once. Drain. Garnish with sour cream.
