    You do have to admit, though, that you've had some pretty major dumps of
    snow in recent years... at least once way more in one dump than we did
    in any dump all season up north....

    This popped up with a search for frozen. I presume you know what we Americans call Canadian bacon -- but what do you call it?
    I would use margarine and either regular milk or even half&half.

    I note that it was a Weight Watchers recipe... no wonder they went for
    skim milk instead of something with substance.... ;)
