This year's picnic will be held at my sister's (soon? to be) B&B:
Lydia Archer 3026 County Rt 40, Bloomfield NY 14469....
People can stay right at her house, for the duration; she's asking $125
per person or couple for the entire weekend (or part thereof). That
would also include breakfast Friday morning.

Beds available:
She says that some of these could be moved to other rooms as needed...
I'd imagine especially the airbeds...
In the "playroom" (upstairs)
super-single waterbed (sleeps one) -- I'll use that, presuming I
stay at the house as host, no problems sharing the room... :)
full/queen futon (sleeps one or two)
twin bed (sleeps one) -- MLoo?
In an upstairs room
queen high-style airbed (one or two)
single high-style airbed (one) -- Sean?
In the "sewing" room (upstairs)
queen bed (one or two) -- Shipps got dibs on this one
Also, she said she could go sleep on the other side of the house with
her daughter (what used to be the apartment for our parents), and free
up her king waterbed for another couple of guests... I'm thinking this
would be good for Fords, should they decide to stay overnight not just
go back and forth from Newark, as long as they are ok with a waterbed.

Hafflys plan to use their camper, which they can hook up to water and
electric there in the yard...

There's also at least a couch or two... ;)

Tentative schedule:
Thursday, September 6
arrive at house -- she said she can have something light
available for snacking on, should travelers be famished... :)
6 pm As requested, dinner at Taste of Japan (3047 W. Henrietta Rd,
or so Rochester NY)

Friday, September 7
general shopping for things needed for the cooking day,
sightseeing as desired
evening dinner at restaurant, TBD... Lots of choices here....

Saturday, Sept 8
all day/ main "Picnic Day"; cooking/visiting/eating/etc. at
evening the house.... ;)

Sunday, Sept 9
This will be a church dinner Sunday at our church, so I'm
proposing we make a salad, main dish and dessert to bring to it,
and join in.. The morning service is at 11AM, and the dinner
generally starts around 1PM...
afternoon/ More visiting, etc; leftovers, stuff we didn't get to...
