Not really sure yet! What is the date? NY is difficult for me now if
not near an airport and I seem to recall this location was a 4 hour
drive from the nearest airport?

The dates are September 7-9, with some arriving the 6th, and leaving the 10th... The airport in Rochester is only 5 minutes from my house... The
picnic site is about 40 minutes drive from there...

Not sure where you got the 4 hour deal, except that Sean would be
driving up possibly from Williamsport (he'd be there for work), and
that's about 3 hours from my house... maybe only 2 1/2 or so hours from
my sister's where the picnic will be...
