I think. Something went wrong with it, though, and
there are no longer any Sams'es in Alaska. Caveat
emptor.

and power supply, died, slipped out of my grasp and fell into a dumpster, hasn't returned yet. The replacement is from a different manufacturer.

It was once made by digging down a gutted shark in the beach gravel, and
then digging it up several months later. Then it is air dried cut out in
big chunks. Now it is fermented in plastic barrels, but the taste is the
same. It is something in between really wild cheese and strong licorice pastils.
