I used this in the echo once but it's not original to me by any
means. It's from one of the writers at Modern Drunkard Magazine who
wrote of youthful alcohol excesses.

Fountain of Youth Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz sparkling white wine
1 orange slice
1 mint sprig

Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a shaker with
ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top with
sparkling white wine. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.
