    Title: Pork Chops in Red Sauce
    Categories: Five, Pork, Vegetables, Soups
    Yield: 4 Servings

    4 (6 oz ea) center cut pork
    - chops
    1 lg Onion; sliced
    1 Cube beef bouillon
    1/2 c Hot water
    10 3/4 oz Can tomato soup

    Set oven @ 375°F/190°C.

    Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high
    heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.

    Place pork chops in a casserole dish and cover with
    sliced onions. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and
    mix with tomato soup.

    Pour soup mixture over pork chops.

    Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour.
