Yeah, I know they're great. I used to have one but didn't use it
much so I let Ray have it when he moved south as he still hunts
often and processed a LOT of wild meat.

He and three cousins bagged and shared a moose somewhere near Grande
Prairie last month and Roslind just returned from a trip to Alberta,
so I now have a large boneless moose roast in my freezer.
