If I had known you needed more the blender, I would have gotten that
part of the Ninja out. That has a tower of three sets of blades (six
cutting edges) and spins faster than the food processor. It would likely

I'd have had to do the garlic separately and combined with the
potatoes in the big one for a final whirl. The texture of the
potatoes was less than optimal because of my choice of potatoes,
which was guided by what Publix had. I didn't see the best kind
for the purpose except in bags; I probably should have gotten
a whole bag, as the remainder would not have gone to waste.
Tea punch
categories: Californian, beverage, sweet
yield: 1 batch
2 c boiling water
1 3/4 c sugar
3 ts instant tea
1 cn frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cn frozen orange juice concentrate
water
Combind first 3 ingredients and allow to cool.
In a large container combine the cans of concentrate and
the amounts of water called for (typically 3 cans water
per can of concentrate). Add tea mixture and mix thoroughly.
Dilute to taste and/or serve on ice.
