Mayonnaise

1 cn Sardines with bones, drained
1/2 ea Onion, minced
1/3 c Grated Cheddar, Jarlsberg,
-or Muenster cheese
ds Paprika

My version has minced celery and black pepper not cheese and
paprika. Sometimes I swap out the mustard for horseradish.
