on some ideas from other things that had been read at the time, but I
think it is enough out of the norm to be called original.

Title: Smoked Chicken And Pepperoni Gumbo

I remember the recipe and the dish. It works.

Courgette Soup
Categories: vegetarian, starter, wwtt
Yield: 12 servings

1 kg courgettes; wiped and cubed
1/2 kg potatoes; peeled and cubed
2 md onions; peeled and chopped
1 lg garlic cloves; finely chopped
2 L water
2 Tb vegetable stock powder
2 Tb cream
15 g bleu du pays; added to taste
2 ts salt
10 grinds pepper
10 g butter or oil; to sweat veg (opt)

Prepare vegetables and cook in stock (optional IMH
sweating onions & garlic in butter or oil first).

When nicely softened, blend, adding some cream.

Little by little blend in the blue cheese, taking
care not to overpower the soup.

Correct seasoning. Serve iced or hot.
