People are weird. I think it's the bones more than anything.

It's a little ... strange. Of course, add enough Jamaican curry and serve it over rice and I'm in.
Always some catch... ;)Genie will sometimes spook if you look at her cross-eyed.Spook's not quite so bad.... just careful all the time... ;)
She doesn't freak out if there's food involved, at least not
as much. As long as it's food she likes.
If it's fish, no sale. I have discovered she'll eat human chicken. Cooked of course.

Around here, if I'd be willing to eat or taste it raw, the cats get
same opportunity... Had they caught it themselves (ok those animalsare
a bit big for them to bring down on their own), they'd've eaten itraw,
or gone hungry... ;) The other cats we had that did catch miceoften
ate at least a portion of their catch... ;)

I like spiders, and even skunks. Skunks eat bugs. And possum -
possums eat ticks.
A friend at church told us about another Caribbean restaurant thathad
opened near where he lives (at one time there was a sushirestaurant in
that spot called Blue Ocean, that we had gone to a few times), sowe
tried it out on Sunday... We didn't try their oxtails, but Richardhad
the pulled pork with mangu and I had the baked chicken with theirrice
and beans... both of us had the homemade mango juice... and flanfor
dessert... Figured that would give us a pretty good idea if theywere
any good or not... Food was decent, a little different from ourusual
place, not quite as good as what we usually get... but we'd go back
there again...
Our friend had said it was Jamaican food... but it wasn't hot spicyat
all, more like El Latino that does Dominican food, which is tastybut
not really spicy... :)

Exactly... they are useful beings... eat what bugs us... ;) And
long as they leave us alone everything is just fine... :)

Sounds OK. We used to have a really good place that was mostly
takeout. It closed down though; I think the rent got them.

I don't think we have any Laotian restaurants here... but I'd try
if I found we did... :) We do have plenty of other kinds that have sufficient spice... including the Thai, and Korean, and some of the Indian.... and we do still have a Jamaican restaurant nearby, justdown

just praying he got back out so he doesn't stink up the joint.

That's always a good thing. The stink bugs did enough of that for
both species for a while.
