MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Spam Potato Salad
Categories: Salads, Potatoes, Spam, Dressing
Yield: 6 Servings

SALAD:
6 md Potatoes
12 oz Spam
1/2 c Frozen green peas; thawed
1/2 c Onions; chopped
1/2 c Celery, diced
1/4 c Dill pickles; chopped
1 tb Capers
DRESSING:
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sour cream
1 tb Dill pickle liquid
1 ts caper brine
1 tb Prepared mustard
1/4 ts Black pepper

Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and cool
Peel. Cut into half inch cubes. In a large bowl, add and mix the
salad ingredients.

In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Mix well. Fold into
salad. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
