From MICHAEL LOO@1:123/140 to RUTH HAFFLY on Sunday, September 01, 2019 19:05:14
Agreed, so Steve and I are thinking of several levels of dark
chocolate > (maybe different brands as well) for picnic s'mores.
When short of the stuff I've been known in desperation
to pick out the chocolate chips in ice cream when there's
that around and no chocolate bars.
That works. I've got some bags of chocolate chips in the pantry, just in case.................

I have two Dumon bars (you could look it up) and well, almost
two Bianca supermarket bars (needed a snack one day). Maybe
    more to come.

Well, you get to talk in depth to people, but the
bigger nonhouse ones were more efficient ways to get
to put names and faces together.
Only if you remember what name goes with what face. (G)
In my case, it's more remembering which name goes
    with which ideas.
Who has the craziest or most workable ideas? (G)

I'm more interested in craziest most of the time. Most
workable maybe in case of a defined problem, otherwise
    why bother.

Irritating little creatures. By the way, my blood type
is "be positive." I don't always obey that.
Mine is B+ so the mosquitoes tend to leave me alone and attack Steve.

We must be related, though the critters love me.

would seem easy to program a sliding scale of toll
avoidance, based on cost per mile or even raw cost.
Too much for the pea brains to compute?
No, but perhaps too much for the pea brains to program.
Possibly, but may be coming soon to a GPS near you.

I could probably still write a program to do that, so
a professional with knowledge beyond that of an intro
to coding written in the 1980s should be able to do it
    without breathing hard.

I've had in-between pickles, which were decent, but
half-sours are pretty ideal to my taste buds, even
though insufficiently garlicked ones retain too much
    cucumber flavor.
i don't recall having any, but may have, under a different name.
In NYC, where they can be found, they're called, no
    surprise, three-quarter-sour pickles.
Last time I was anywhere near NYC was flying out of JFK in 1989, on our
    way back to Berlin.

It's an interesting city, but I can understand not
having any massive desire to go there.

Some may disagree with you, others, not so.
You can say that about about anything. Some people
    even like zucchini.
    It's good, in some things.

    What never? No, never!

    Implied chocolate? Sounds promising.

Sometimes most workable and craziest are combined into one. (G)

Probably something else in your body chemistry makes you more attractive
    to them.

Short visits may be OK, for specific reasons, but living there long term
would not be enjoyable. OTOH, I lived in reunited Berlin; at the time it
had a population of about 3.5 million. That was an easier to live in
    city.
