Cannot recall the brand for cookware

I was at the California State Fair a few weeks ago. As usual we went through the shopping/vendor area to peruse the overpriced
gizmos, note the stuff I want, then later purchase on amazon at a much better price.
Icannot, for the life of me, recall the brand name for a decent set of pots/pans sold there touting a really good nonstick
surface and removable handles. Each piece was REALLY expensive at the fair and there was no way I was going to pay >$1000
withot researching prices and competitors. During the demo he poured some heavy
cream on the surface, let it burn completely
and then lifted the handle and it flew off. He poured an entire egg, watched it
cook, then he blew on int as it flew. I know
he uses the same frying pan day in and day out. While the demo was quite gimicky, i'm interested to research the product and
see how it compares to other competition. I also want to see th eprice point. He insisted that the fair price was heavily
discounted but that is just an old sales tactic that I used to employ during my
salesman days.
I like the removable handles, but that isn't novel. They tout it as unique, pfft get real.
Anyway if anyone knows what i'm talking about i'm all ears.
I did get a good price on my vitamix one year but it happened to be because they were upgrading the models to a new design and
were doing a firesale to rid themselves of old stock.
Thx
