I'd guess that you'd do ok there... I've only been in that one once,
when traveling through, so haven't full experience... but our
experience with Wegmans in general is that one can usually do pretty
good... fresh made subs, fresh made sushi, fresh made pizza... hot and
cold bars with a variety of foods, various "bowl"s (Asian, Italian,
Mexican) that one can heat in the store's microwave, what they call
EZmeals (meat, veggie, starch) that one can also heat up there, hot
soups, probably more... Or one could just grab bread and cold cuts
from the deli, or cheeses from the cheese shop to add to olives etc
    from the Mediterranean bar...

I did look up Wegmans online when I got back home. There's a very
nice PDF menu you can download for the various "bars" and shops in
Wegmans at that particular location. You can call ahead also.

Sounds like they've fancied the place more than when I was there... ;)

I'm planning on trying out the sub shop on the next trip up. There's
not much for anything close by near my hotel so another option would
be good. I'm sure everything they make is good since it's fresh.

We've had the made-ahead ones from the cooler... they're still quite
fresh, too... but the sub shop also has some hot sandwiches, I think...

Michael's been in there to actually shop... and I know that at times
it was disappointing, but it's still worth a gander... ;)

You can say that about a lot of food-related places from time to time.
One of our local Domino's Pizza stores made national news with
reports of massive amounts of rodent droppings being found in their
dough. What's odd is that I had eaten there a lot when I was in
school (the place is across the street from where my campus was
located, so I'd order on my phone in class and grab the food on my
lunch break) and there was nary a problem with cleanliness. They used
to get 98-100 on the health inspections...

That almost sounds like some sort of sabotage... Did it ever happen
    again...?

That sounds like a nice place... :)

It is. I am told that the original location in Asheville, NC, is
better so one of these days, when I am in Asheville, I'll stop by. I
do like to go to the Biltmore during Christmas to look at their tree...even if it is close to $50 to get in now...

They charge admission to see the tree...?
