I don't know and no. Offhand I think I read that it can support different languages. I just happened to stumble across the screenshot and thought it might be of interest as it is a terminal based game which might be of interest to a BBS ... especially ones that don't support dos emulation.

Hmmm... Supporting different languages could be a plus... although we
are only going to be using it in English... (unless by that it means
that it has foreign words in the dictionary, which regular board
Scrabble allows in the words)... Did it get approval from Hasbro...?
