Once upon a time I tried to get a thread going here about visiting Alaska
but I got no response. Do we know if there are even any BBSes left in
Alaska anymore?

Last time I looked into the nodelist there was none.

Back a long time ago, there was a GT Power BBS up there that was not on the
GT Power BBS network. I never tried connecting to it.

Maybe we should rename it "Alaska and BC Chat" as there are some boards up
in BC. :)
